How to make delicious chocolate chip cookies.
They will turn out very yummy and cakey.
Ingredients
1 cup of flour
125g of softened butter or margarine
½ a cup of brown sugar
¼ a cup of white sugar
½ a cup of chocolate chips
Methods
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a medium size bowl don't add the chocolate chips yet .
- Mix it together.
- Then add in the butter and stir it up until it gets to hard to stir.
- Then add the chocolate chips .
- Knead with your hands until it is an dough.
- Once it's a dough roll the dough into a ball.
- Squash them into a cookie shape and cook for 10-15 minutes or until it's golden brown.
